Subject: Arlington residential permit parking
So this was under review before COVID derailed the review.

On my street (where I need street parking) our neighbors are young adults hosting multi day house parties, so they are taking all available parking with boyfriends from DC and MD (from license plates). Other neighbors have parking in zones spots but have stored their car In the unzoned spots where we usually park.
Are they still ticketing for RPP? We wanted to apply for zoning out section of street but had to wait for moratorium.
