You can change your settings to search anonymously but I'm not sure if you have to have a premium account to do this.

Why are you googling your ex?

This is good advice and it applies to all social media apps.

I've seen randos looking on my linkedIn. I've thought...oh, that's interesting...and then thought nothing more of it. I wouldn't worry about it.

BTW, I cyberstalk my exes too. Not because I want to do anything, just out of curiosity.

You can see a certain number of people viewing your profile with just the regular membership. They cut you off at a few per month.

Your ex would have to be a premium member to see who is looking at his profile.

You can block on LinkedIn. Block them and they won’t see.

I don’t know who looks at my profile because I have my settings set to private, so they can’t see me and I can’t see them

But even if so no worries. Who cares, maybe he showed up in your people you may know and you clicked.

Under the circumstances this is mortifying.

Were you signed in? Maybe they won’t know. Honestly I have no clue who looks at my profile nor do I care.

I was on Safari (iPad) and when I clicked the link it opened the profile in my LinkedIn app (signed in).
