It is a huge outdoor space. Just because there were a lot of cars doesn't mean people were packed together onsite.

He’s under a tremendous amount of pressure, with businesses being closed and crazed trumpers stalking him everywhere he goes. Cut the man some slack. So he saw a band. Big deal. He’s earned a little indulgence.

I don't like Elrich but the prohibition of music was not widely know and a new communication has gone out to the restaurant community because ton's of places have live music planned and they are advertising, not because they want to be out of compliance but because the restriction was not widely know or communicated.

Apparently live music at any public venue is prohibited under the state restrictions.

A month ago Marc Elrich tweeted out about attending a live music performance at a brewery.

As someone who is obviously in the high risk group based on his age and weight, shouldn't he be taking these restrictions more seriously? Since he is so keen on small businesses following the letter of the law, you would think he would know about his own state's laws.
