They could possibly offer tests by appointment at the school (but some wouldn't feel safe to enter the buildings, some families will be out of town, some won't be able to get to the school).
Then they would have to go by report cards, work samples, and GBRS. How is a teacher going to do GBRS for all distance learning?

The logistics of standardized testing administered to thousands of children across the county who are DL probably takes some planning. Waiting until the last minute to figure out how to do this safely and effectively is not a good idea.

Anonymous wrote:Guessing too soon to even ask, but has there been any talk yet on if kids would take NNAT/CogAT from home if distance learning or would they skip this year? Seeing posts on these tests seeming to have been discounted in some cases b/c possible prep, would presume similar discounting would happen if take in homes.
