It’s not exactly a charcuterie board, but I love the antipasto platter from Lenas in Alexandria. I’ve ordered it to go several times. You could easily add some other cheese options and turn it into a charcuterie board.

It’s probably easier to make your own. Cured meats mix pack, manchego, pitted olives...

Cheesetique in VA does them and I believe butcher’s alley in Bethesda.
