Subject: Anyone have success with Verizon FIOS coming out for service in DC??
Verizon scheduled DECEMBER 1st as the first available appointment to install a new router, and I had to use the chat and phone for a few days in a row to get them to agree that we could install the router ourselves with telephone directions from their tech customer service. It was easy.
They are unbelievable.

Yeah, we scheduled an appointment around Memorial Day. They came July 20. So sort of, but not really?
