Subject: 5 year old K or Pre-K programs
FAZ in McLean. My 5 year old is pre-K now and he's the only kid that has come back so far. They are definitely enrolling. They are prepared to expand to Kindergarten this fall, if there is sufficient demand. They have the curriculum and licensing to do so.

Absolutely don’t hold your kid back if possible. I understand that it will be a terrible K year. But if you hold your kid back they will be in a record sized K class next year. And it will last for 18 years.

Thanks, I'm going to email them!

Any suggestions in the Vienna/Fairfax/Falls Church area for Kindergarten or Pre-K 5 year old classes that are open and have room for enrollment?
We have a child with an August birthday who we were planning to send to public school kindergarten, but with it being all virtual, we are considering another year of pre-K or a private Kindergarten in a daycare center, which I'm hoping will be more likely to be open than a private school with older children would be.
Part time is OK. I'm more interested in social activity and play opportunities than academics.
