I was wondering too. I read draft that suggested virtual and hybrid classes, but since then I didn’t understand if there was any other announcement other than the draft.

They also said at last week’s “virtual conversation” that by the August 6 BOE meeting they would provide a target date for starting the in-person option. Since then, several other MD counties have said they will be virtual for the whole first semester.

They already said that. Then return in phases. Phases originally supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks.

That was in the original plan. Everyone starts out virtually and threw the hybrid option phases in slowly once health officials allow schools to reopen.

Yes. 100% virtual start mentioned in the draft.

The draft will become official in the coming days, but you can bet your bottom dollar that if any changes are made, they will be in the direction of more virtual.
