So reality: Scrimmages are allowed in VA. However, counties can impose restrictions and so can individual clubs. No leagues are playing VA that I know of. I heard that a small EDP summer league is starting soon though. I only know of one VA team in it as of right now though. I also heard that the 3v3 in Manassas is still on for the 25th.

I think they’re allowed to legally. Clubs have different policies, some are more strict.
