Kids file out in same structured way--back to sanitizing station and parents pick up in cars. They have moved to Saturday internal scrimmaging.

I could see when the refs line them up to check numbers/shinguards/player cards they could do temp checks.

What I think will be WONDERFUL, is that parents' screaming will be muffled by masks!! Also, I won't have to sit close to other parents. No matter where I put my chair the most vocal opposing team parent will end up placing their chair next to mine.

This will all be shutdown by the state governors by Sep 1.

Thanks, Governor Karen.

Yep, these are the same trolls that berate senior citizen veterans for choosing to enjoy their lives.

Given those lovely red states and that people are vacationing all over the US we will be way worse off than we are now.

Yeah, bet you were at the top of your class. (Eyes roll out of head.). Probably did not graduate tops of charm school either. Learn persuasion. Yelling and screeching and insulting entire classes of people is what helped put the idiot in the White House.

What irony in your statement. So the yelling and screeching worked then?

In VA a waiver is basically not worth the paper its written on. But there will be fall sports. Maybe not indoor sports or America football . Outdoor soccer and fall baseball will go on maybe not without precautions in place.

I am glad to hear that. If the youth soccer organizations put together a decent plan and work with the state and local governments then I think there is a good chance for league games in the Fall. Some of the club activity has concerned me that some guys are not getting how precarious the situation is. Like the Alexandria 3v3 tournament that was scheduled and then canceled. They need to treat it like a diplomatic exercise where you are trying to thread the needle.

The governors of states will decide if it happens, not some back room club owner deal. If there aren’t public fields to play on, it won’t happen. Have you seen the latest statistics?

I love the optimism on this forum.

Everyone knows this will all be cancelled come September.

Hope springs eternal

Go to their web site and you will see there is a Calendar to determine Division Structure, post a Game Schedule, and play games. The intent is clearly there, just need to see what the state and local authorities will allow.
