they are open, i just bought a used car from out of state and the dealer forwarded me info on how i can look up on MD inspection stations that are open.

Yes till year end

They are still suspended, yes? I could only find articles/info from March that it's 30 days after the Emergency Order is lifted. Things change so quickly and that was a lifetime ago.
