Also, its cliche for a reason, but you always discovery lost libido on divorce. Mine came roaring back. It's novelty that drives hormones. Everyone is doing it like rabbits post-divorce, its the one upside to it.

Me too. 52 and I can go three in a row with a brief rest period between number 2 and 3. Of course the important thing is making sure my partner has the Os.

It’s also normal to have a heightened sex drive right before menopause. So sad but so true. Ugh. (Sad that it stops feeling like that.)

I would describe that as a high-sex marriage given that my drive is similar to yours but DH only wants it once per 4-6 weeks.

I should have added this relationship is 3 years old started a year after divorce was filed and moved out.

I am nearly 50 and after a divorce (married 20 years), I had no idea that I had a high sex drive... 2-3x a day and 5 days or more a week. I can’t seem to not want anything but more. Is it chemistry with the new person I am dating? That it is new? I hope it doesn’t fade but if anyone has been in a similar situation let me know.
