OP here. Chapter 3. Manager tries to reschedule a game due to some conflicts but other team does not respond after numerous attempts. Nightmare mom is one of the ones who has the conflict. Team decides to play the game anyway and have those with the conflict show up late for the game. Nightmare mom does not like this plan. Nightmare mom sends numerous emails to manager drilling her about how she went about contacting the other team. Nightmare mom tells manager she should call the soccer organization. Manager explains to nightmare mom that any game reschedules are the responsibility of the team requesting the reschedule. Nightmare mom doesn't like that answer and calls soccer organization. Soccer organization is appalled by nightmare mom's demands and explains the policy to nightmare mom. Nightmare mom finally gives up and does not even attempt to show up to the game.

I think Nightmare Mom has taken her talents to coaches contact info thread.

Awesome idea but I am a little concerned now about sharing my phone number given the kooks I am seeing on the coaches contact info threat.

When coaches see the parents as adversaries it is time to find a new job. Same with team managers who hold a volunteer position.

These people are insufferable. Good for you. Even if you gave her another $30 she would have more to say. Let her take you all to small claims court, which she won't. Bye, bye is the right response.

She was always the squeaky wheel and it was never good enough. She finally took her daughter to a travel team. She had a $20 credit on her account and she asked for the cash, which we gave her. Then she asked to see the financials because she "has an accounting background" and wants to check the numbers. Umm, no? Then today I get an email from her telling me her daughter would miss the last two summer practices and that she figured out that the refund for those practices should be $30 and could I send her that refund. Umm, no? Bye bye...good riddance.
