Students split - A to L, M to Z
A-L attends face2face M, Tu.
W is a day off, with deep cleaning.
Th, Fri, A to L is online, and M to Z is face2face. M to Z is online M, Tu.
assuming that there's deep cleaning over the weekend as well
This makes a lot of sense to me. Seems reasonable.
If that plan was implemented with my class from this past school year, I would have had 7 kids (out of 24) on two of the instructional days. The majority of my students had last names beginning with letters in the latter part of the alphabet.
That’s an excellent point. The better way is just to assign the days not based on last names.
