+1. She's 17, OP. I have a 16 YO and know how difficult this can be, but she's still a minor. This is not a simple annoyance like you don't like her short skirts.

No mask, no going out. No mall, no friends. That's the rule. And I would say no house parties anyway, because you know the people there aren't wearing masks or social distancing.

Stop letting her in the house. My guess is that you have a husband problem though.

What does your spouse/her parent think? I would be concerned too, but as the stepmom you have limited options.

She doesn’t go out with you and when in the house with her, make sure to social distance from her. You can only control yourself in this situation, not your step daughter

I have a 17yo step-dd refusing to wear a mask. I have to remind her constantly to bring a mask with her and she does not care at all. I am concerned for my safety and safety of my kids. Her mother is high risk, but she just does not care. She started going to malls, restaurants, and house parties. I am afraid she will be bringing COVID home.
