Seems like Woodbridge opens up around 1 AM almost every day. I've been trying for College Park and have had no luck thus far.

It looks like College Park is now open for Click & Collect orders again. I'd tried for weeks to get a C&C slot because the desk I wanted wasn't eligible for delivery, but I think they must have shut it down completely for a while.

I finally gave up and went the day the store opened. The line was super-long, but everyone was masked and I didn't feel uncomfortable. Those giant carts kind of force a 6-foot distance already!

IKEA Woodbridge is also open now. I went last week and they have lots of safety measures in place -- sanitation stations throughout the store, limited number of people allowed, etc. Not everyone knows how to properly social distance though, so I'd recommend going at an off-peak time. Save yourself the delivery fee if you can fit things in your car.

Also the College Park IKEA did open up again if you're cool with shopping in person.

I ordered from them back in April and it all came just fine. I've ordered for delivery in the past several times and had no issues either.

I did about a month ago. No issues whatsoever. They delivered everything in good condition and when they said they would. I did chose delivery from the store, not the distribution center, and the delivery was by the people who deliver IKEA goods when you shop in the store in person. The fee was like $60, which was fine because I ordered a lot of stuff.
