We sent our two kids back a month ago and there were no issues. It has been great! They check temp before coming in and wear a mask. No playground, just play out in the open with toys. No issues

Yeah if you’re hesitating, then you probably don’t need it (at least not immediately). You could always wait until we get are back at full capacity to return.

We need the care and we are not high risk so once it opens our kids will go back.

We still don't have a time frame. My daycare is in a federal building and the building has not indicated when they would allow it.

Ours opens this week, we are sending her July 6th. The benefits outweigh the risk in our situation. She will only be part time.

Ours is finally opening! We are sending our two back. They need the socialization and we need childcare, so we are willing to take the risk.

I would not; but ours isn’t opening until September so we don’t even have the option.

We were thinking about it, but they're making us sign a weird liability waiver, which has given me pause.

I absolutely would. I have been slow walking it because DH is a teacher so while we would love a break and kiddo would love to see friends, we don’t NEED it now like so many families do.

The more we learn, the more we know that this terrible virus is actually kinder to kids than other groups. It is smart to change behavior as the science evolves.

We started our son back last week. No regrets.

We will be sending our toddler the day they open the toddler room up; which they say will be in a couple of weeks.

Probably no spots left, OP. There are families who really need the childcare.

If your family members do not have a higher risk medical condition (respiratory, diabetes, heart disease, morbid obesity and others), and you have no contact with older people such as grandparents, I would send.

Similar situation. It just doesn't feel safe, so no.

Daycare / preschool is opening July 6. The first ten families to fill out the application will be awarded their spot. How is everyone feeling about sending their kids back? We are unsure what to do.
