Good news. Now every statue funded by the Daughters of the Confederacy needs to be torn down.

If this is allowed theres no end. Such ignorant behavior. We are a land of laws or we are not.

It can come down, but why are people allowed to just tear things down like this? The statue might not be right, but neither is blatant vandalism. People can’t be allowed to just tear things down that they don’t like.

My husband and I never watch the news but just happened to catch this live on the local Fox News channel last night. They also poured lighter fluid and set it on fire—we were like, holy sh$t.

I’m not condoning vandalism necessarily, but why was a confederate statue at D.C. police headquarters in the first place? I’m not really bothered that it came down.

Very disturbing. Can we all spray paint the streets with whatever we want and tear down whatever we want? Such ignorance on display.
