Virginia daycares were never ordered closed, though many chose to do so.

My daycare in NoVa says they are reopening on June 29 but I'm confused if that date applies to all daycares in VA. We are already in phase 2 so 6/29 is not tied to phase 2 either. The center has about 90 kids, 3 classrooms.
Second, when would you send your preschooler back if someone in your household is higher risk due to an underlying medical condition? July? August? September?
