With you on the hanging out together, although I assume there will be rules to curb that unless students are masked (this would be an awful year to be an RA). As for bathrooms people are in and out generally. The risk is from longer interactions/talking/yelling unmasked. Surfaces have not proven to be an effective transmitter of virus at all.
Are they charging more for single occupancy?

AU hopes to make a go for it with a mix of online and in-person instruction.
It appears that they will limit on-campus housing to freshmen and sophomores.
