Yes, you are. I'm a white person and member of our local branch and active on a subcommittee.

We made a donation to our local chapter and got a call from one of the leaders to thank us and invited us to attend their meetings, so I think you would be welcome.

Just curious if I should actually join as a member or continue to just donate & support efforts in other ways.
