If better players are leaving, how does this bring about better teams? LMVSC has already promised us that the academy is what brings about better players and teams. More kids means less individual attention from the coach. They promised us more individual attention.
Just my opinion that this academy model isnt going to bring better players/teams. The fact that we lost 5 players because of this I think is proof. My take was you will have better teams if you have more depth and pool of players to create the squads. I dont think better players will leave if you have solid squads at each level. The drop off from red to white is a large gap..academy wont close this. My 2cents from sideline parent![]()
The drop off between red and white is a large gap? Not from what I have seen, at least at the younger age groups.
Okay, staff. Hey maybe stop spending time on here but since you are, how’s the drop off for 2006 girls red and white, 2007 girls red and white, 2008 girls red and white?
Um, PP here, not staff. Weird that you would assume I was staff simply because I shared my experience. FWIW, I am a parent of a boy, maybe that’s the difference? I know nothing about LMVSC girls teams.

^^^^^^^sounds like a nervous red team father speaking^^^^^^^^^^
nervous? I am would be pro-merger and would welcome the depth. I would probably not leave if there were players to challenge my own. Sounds like a white team parent (now red)...lol
