This. I have a protein shake and nuts around 3pm and then often work out 2 hours later. Dinner is usually at 730 as well.
+1 This is what I do as well. Breakfast between 11-12, lunch between 2-4 (whenever I am hungry again) and dinner between 7-8. If I do get hungry in between meals, I pretty much always have a cheese stick, greek yogurt, apple or tall skim latte from Starbucks.
