Where is there a truly online form? I have to print it and mail it, which is harder for us b/c we have no outgoing mail.
It’s only available to register a few weeks before so it makes it difficult to print and mail in a tight window.
I did not have to mail anything. I said it was ok to use my DMV signature. And yes, I need to request another one for Nov.
