True story - my dad cut my meat for me until I went to college. I think that was an act of love.


Watching all these Instagram and Facebook vids, these chefs cut it so perfectly & quickly with their big sharp knives. Why can’t they just do that for guests? I find cutting meat so annoying and tedious.

Sure! Sometimes at work dinners we'll get a 48oz porterhouse for the table and it gets presliced in the kitchen. NBD

Some places have a menu option for sliced steak, sometimes with something like a Roquefort sauce.
