The Takoma Mamas FB group actually did a sticky of other neighborhood groups because they were getting requests from so far and wide, and they wanted to point them in the right directions.

Also, have you looked at the list of Academic Mamas* spin off groups? I think there’s at least one for folks who have left academia.

I am a member of an academic mama FB group I love but looking for something similar outside the academic world since I now am in a 9-5 job yet want to connect with other moms navigating COVID-19 right now that are toiling away without a lot of flexibility around job and family balance right now. I’m feeling very alone as I figure out how to balance my new job and family.
