Are you looking at a Tesla? Tesla has paperwork they recommend you send to your HOA board before buying an EV to inquire about installing a charger or gaining access to plugs.

Depends what you have available. If you have a dedicated parking spot you may be able to get an outlet installed.

Lots of dedicated Tesla chargers in the area.

Click on any one of those and it'll tell you how many stalls and what the charging current is. More is better. For example, 150kw will charge you much faster than 72kw...

ChargePoint also has a good map of non-Tesla options.

(Sorry, no good way to link to the specific area that I could see.)

Obviously NOT charging at home is a bummer, you'll need to find a charger that's close enough to your house and then park for a little while. A Model 3 will go from 5% to 100% in 50 minutes on a 150kw supercharger. (Not that you want to do that, you'd be better off going 20% to 80%, which will take you about 22 minutes.)

So park. Charge. Grab dinner after work, or read a book or some emails or DCUM or something, go home.

Are you saying that you don’t have a garage?
Without a garage or a dedicated facility supplied charging station I think you’re going to be out of luck.

If you live in a Condo, and you have an EV, where do you charge your vehicle?

I'm considering purchasing electric, but live in a condo and have no idea how or where I would charge my vehicle.

TIA!
