Stopped drinking beer for about 2 months now, there are occasional hard liquor drinks, and when I mean occasional, it's far less than weekly. Granted I'm not getting as much exercise as before, I thought the calorie reduction and beer reduction would help me lose some of my beer gut. What am I doing wrong? Male 40s.
