I am worried about the infecting them and forget distance learning, I could barely get out of bed this morning. My DS is 14 so they are capable enough to make cereal, PB&J and I order takeout for dinner. But I am concerned that it will get worse or one of them will get sick and how will I take care of them. We obviously can’t bring anyone in.
Pls call your doctor, my local inova urgent care is doing call ahead testing outdoors. 14yo can manage if you are home. Give them app ordering access now is case you are not well. Let your emergency contact/neighbor know just in case so they can call to check up. Social distance from kids and wear mask around each other in common areas.
Keep us updated.

You should quarantine yourself in a bedroom or basement if tested positive. Don't share a bathroom unless you only got one. If that is the case, wear a mask to come out of your room, use bleach to clean everything after every use. Of course, stay away from any other part of the house except your quarter.
