Daycares in VA have never had orders to close. They could remain open if they chose to.

Never closed legally but phase 0/1 only allows 10 humans in a room which is lower than normal ratios. phase 2 expands that.

Ours never closed. All private daycares operate differently and made their own choices.

Virginia never closed all daycares. Some closed for a variety of reasons, of course, but they were technically allowed to stay open

Maryland and DC have daycare (for non essential workers) in phase 2. What phase is it in Va? I cant’t find the info.
