My starting weight was 210 and I am down to 200. I feel so much better and will keep going, but I just saw a picture of myself yesterday from the weekend and was mortified. I feel like it looks like I gained weight, or maybe it just a bad angle. Either way, it made me so depressed and discouraged because I feel like I have been putting in the work. When did you physically start to see a difference?
Np When I was younger I would lose weight to get someone to notice my weight loss but, now I lose weight to make me feel good. I am older than you so perhaps experience helps.
To answer your question: I started my weight loss journey last August and people noticed it was when I lost thirty pounds but, I am also shorter than you so perhaps people didn't notice until it was drastic
Now I am happily losing weight and doing exercises for me, not my mom or anyone else.
When I got the compliment I said "thank you"
