That would be interesting, because that would obviously mean the coaches have made the commitment not to get paid if there is no play.
not necessarily--could be a different level of risk at one club vs. another. So, some clubs may require heafty registration fees that are not refunded, but no other fees if play doesn't start. In that case perhaps $400 registration is at risk but the rest not.
In other places, it may be that the whole thing is at risk as there is no guarantee from the club that what they pay from now through September will be refunded.
Or in other cases perhaps $0 at risk as they are guaranteeing a refund of any funds paid if there is no pay.
