Since she is actually Jewish and not a WASP, I don’t see the issue with switching up.

I love Aviva. I personally won’t use it because my family is Israeli and it is a very “American modern orthodox” name (I might use Aviv, which is more Israeli). I’m sure that doesn’t matter to you, but just FYI.

You also have great nicknames like Avi or Viv or Viva. It’s beautiful! When is your due date? I would only use it for a spring or early summer baby.
