If you quit your job, have a nanny, chef and tutor, why do they even need you at all? You aren't going to parent them.

Some examples:
would you hire more tutors/ coaches to hone special skills? would you put them into private schools?
would you work less to be with them more? would you delegate more housework to be with them?
would you move to a different area, better neighborhood?
Travel more and start individual music lessons by age 5.
