One n but it doesn’t really matter. I know an Irish Connor.

Just named ours Conor last year (MIL is Irish so it wasn’t a question) but surprisingly we’ve only met other Conors lately. No one else has questioned our spelling and when it’s occasionally misspelled it’s as often spelled Conner as Connor—because people just can’t spell period. Go with the way you like!

I have a Connor and it is an extremely popular name. There are always 4 or 5 in his class and we would have chosen a different name if we knew how popular it is. Connor seems to the preferred spelling in the DC region, but you can do whatever you want.

Conor is a first name. Connor is a last name.

Conor. I live in a country with lots of Conors, and have never met a Connor. It is spelled "Conor."
To me, 'Connor' is on the same level as 'Emmalee' or 'Kaytee'.

DH thinks Connor is definitely better but I’m Irish and I can’t get over knowing that it’s supposed to be spelled Conor if it’s a first name. Which do you prefer? It’s all stylistic but which looks better to you?
