Overuse due to iphone?

I have an eye twitch that comes and goes. Even had an MRI. Figured out eventually it was triggered by neck strain/head tilt from having head tilted slightly up when using a high mounted monitor on an arm at work. And 2 years later at home from using a huge iMac (t.v. size) that makes me keep my chin up.

The connection was subtle but is now proven to me.

I have it too! It’s been a couple weeks. Went to the doc, he didn’t seem overly concerned but if it does continue, he is going to refer me to a neurologist. They did run blood tests and everything was in normal range.

Do you have any other symptoms?

Mine is between my thumb and index finger on the right hand. It seems to pulse especially when I am not active. Don’t notice it much when I am doing something but when sitting, it does happen a couple times over a 5 minute span.

It's a nerve. People get them in the eyelids, for example. Twitches. Usually not for long. A day or so. Can be stress, dehydration, lack of sleep....

I’ve had this happen and it’s apparently quite common. For me, it’s a stress reaction similar to when my eye twitches. It always goes away when I get time to catch up on rest.

Strange non-COVID question!
My thumb keeps twitching and the muscle (is there one?) between my thumb and index finger, in that webby area, is twitching similar in feeling to when your eyelid twitches. It's super annoying.
This is my iphone "scrolling" thumb and I use it to type. How can i make it stop? It almost feels like I pulled it somehow. It doesn't hurt.
