Thanks, but we’re not talking about the car we’re talking about the drivers.

Just my general impression of reckless drivers from respective DMV areas (note: these are characteristics of the bad drivers, not the drivers in general):
Maryland: Fast and aggressive, especially those going up and down I-95.
Virginia: Predictably stupid aggressive behavior, you know that very impatient driver who zig zags or tailgates in (moderate to heavy) traffic on the beltway but ends up being no faster or even slower than you.
DC: don't see much of them on the beltway but generally slower (recklessly) and don't quite understand the purpose of the left lane.
Absolutely nails VA drivers perfectly.
They have absolutely no idea where they’re going once they get out of McLean or north Arlington, but they need to get there as fast as they possibly can. And that requires constantly switching lanes and tailgating you. [/quote]
No, it's the Maryland drivers. Single males. Every single time and I've lived at the crux of Maryland and Va for 25 years.

[quoteIn a single day earlier this week, troopers from the College Park barracks cited seven drivers for speeds allegedly above 100 mph, the state police said. The citations were issued May 3 by troopers patrolling the Capital Beltway and Interstate 95.
The highest speed reported by the College Park troopers was 136 mph. Two other motorists reached 120 and 130 mph, the state police said.
