Trolling without substance doesn't mean much and coaches/teams didn't evaporate with the one letter change in the abbreviation. In fact, I'm hearing that acceptance rates for returning players on high performing GA teams is very high, and that worse teams have gotten influxes of better players.
Maybe in Virginia, but not elsewhere in the Atlantic Division. The people in NJ are calling it the "Virginia league" and have no desire to travel down here when ECNL rules in the NE.
Pretty simple for those at FCV or Arlington making the choice.
Stay with your better team or downgrade to a lesser team in ECNL. Development happens in training. So training with stronger players makes you stronger. Not the only factor in development but probably the biggest.
Hmmm. Seems like an obvious choice. At least for 20-21 season. Beyond that you have to reassess every year.
More propaganda.
Question for Pipeline people: Are you seeing a shift in players from Amour to Pipeline?

By the way, the NJ boards are reporting that the player pool from the NJ GA clubs are staring to show signs of moving to ECNL clubs.
Uh huh. It's not faulty analysis, just speculation, like yours. The reality is that no one knows what will happen.
It's funny that you think NJ players are moving anywhere.....they are more locked down up there than we are. Unless its by osmosis, no one has moved anywhere as yet, and the data I have from credible sources (aka parents and coaches, not anon forums) is that the DA -> GA player continuity is very strong.

1 FCV (GA)
2 McLean (ECNL)
3 Bethesda / Pipeline tie (ECNL)
4 Maryland United (ECNL)
5 Arlington (GA)
6 VDA/Loudoun/BRYC tie (ECNL)
7 Metro U. (GA)
So kind of a tossup. A lot more ECNL teams than GA teams in the area. I think four years from now FCV will slip to near bottom while Loudoun moves up to top 4 and either BRYC or MU will merge or no longer be in the elite leagues. Rest stay about the same.
