Hm.. sometimes it is good to eradicate natural tendencies, other times nature wins.
How do you rule here?
My kids have always wanted to share their toys for the chance to play with someone else’s toys. This post makes no sense to me. What was natural for my kids was to “give in order to get”.

If you bring it to the playground, you share it. If you don’t want to share it for whatever reason, you don’t bring it.
This virus will not be a concern forever. The OP’s concept means that kids can’t use the same toys in daycare or school either. That’s a sad world.
My toddler’s favorite thing about the playground was someone else’s toys. He’d gladly share his new dump truck for another kid’s jar or (oddly) spatula.

All we can hope is that people will now stop bringing personal toys to playgrounds.

Still okay within the family where the germs are shared anyway but playground and such.. hm.... maybe not the best idea from now on.
