Think of something you would normally say no to and make an exception. One day when I was out of ideas I let my daughters (3 and 7) try on a bunch of clothes from my closet and they had a blast. Just make sure they know it’s a “just this once” kind of activity.

Act/Move like an animal: slither like a snake, wadddle like a penguin, hop like a frog/rabbit/kangaro et.
Water play in the tub, sink, water table or plastic tote
Block play
Make a fort
Plant seeds
Bake something

It's been a long few days and I feel brain dead. We are still in the naked phase of potty training for our 3YO so we won't be going outside much and I'm taking the day off work to focus on the potty training. Can you pretend like I'm a total idiot and help come up with some activities to occupy them both? Hopefully, I'll feel better in the morning but today I just feel totally done.
