Curious, where did you hear this? I work for a large company in the auto supply chain and many of the supplier facilities never shutdown because they are considered essential. Plus, there is a lot of product available, and suppliers and the autos are in regular contact. If there is demand and the autos want to meet it I would be surprised if getting parts would be an issue.
