OP here. Yeah this is probably true. In truth, my husband shops for most of their clothing so I don't even know what it costs. It's all brand name sports stuff. I have no interest in it.

I am one of five. They for sure spent more on my sister’s clothes but I did not care about fashion and I had an expensive hobby (elite travel soccer) and she didn’t play anything. So they were for sure spending more money on me there than her.
I would not make a habit of bean counting every kid the same, but since you know you spend more on her clothes, you should (morally) say yes to more of their asks for games, comics, sports stuff, nice shoes or whatever they are into.
