It doesn’t matter if you exercise fasted or not fasted. The only way to speed up weight loss is to create a bigger calorie deficit. Don’t overthink this. Move more, eat less.
I pretty much always exercise fasted because I tend to exercise first thing in the morning. Hunger is just a result of exercise, but because you did it fasted.
