I think you can use lasagna noodles to make chicken cannelloni -- that usually has bechamel.

You could do something with asparagus. I saw a recipe somewhere for asparagus deconstructed lasagne that used wonton wrappers but noodles would work.

A lasagna with a white bechamel or Alfredo and chicken and mushrooms would be amazing. Maybe pesto in the chicken!

This weekend I made a delicious lasagna with fresh pasta sheets, ricotta, spinach and homemade sauce. I have leftover lasagna sheets and wanted to try a different recipe without red sauce next time. Maybe something with a bechamel. All I can think of is butternut squash and sage which seems kid of wintery. Would love ideas for a non-red lasagna. What’s your fave recipe?
