People are so mean. Take her temperature 1 or 2x per day and monitor the cough. Keep a temperature log if you want but remember it varies with time of day. No other actions unless cough gets worse or fever reads over 100.

My son, 14yo, had the same symptoms (dry cough, pink cheeks, no fever) for a week or two in March and is fine now. We didn’t go to the Dr. - he has horrible seasonal allergies and I chalked it up to that.
