You need to stop thinking about powerhouses. There will be no powerhouse. There’s just rec and travel now.
All pay to play youth soccer is rec the only exceptions are the funded boys academies
This makes DCU academy a rec program.

Have you already reached out to ECNL clubs concerning tryouts?
Will the end of DA make ECNL more competitive?
If your DD/DS doesn’t make ECNL, will they continue soccer?

1. What will you do when your little Mia is let go in favor of an ex-DA player?
2. Given how fluid soccer is from year to year, how do you feel so confident that the current power structure will continue from now until your little Mia lands her full scholarship to UNC?
3. How confident are you that ECNL won’t “let in” ex-DA clubs in light of the extraordinary circumstances?
4. Why do you feel justified in your continued bashing of ex-DA clubs, coaches, and players?
Example answers:
1. Whimper and cry in the fetal position on my bed
2. Nothing bad can happen to my special Mia
3. It would never happen, I can just feel it.
4. Karma only works one way. Bad karma can’t attach itself to and ECNL parent and player, can it? My kid is safe on her protected roster, right???
