Mine also just started vomiting for no good reason. I gave him omeprazole for a week once a day, it helped. You might want to increase her food portions to see if that helps

It’s probably not an obstruction, but call your vet. It may be something that you can wait and see.

Yeah. My dog used to do something similar. A few years ago my dachshund was vomiting occasionally, but frequently enough that I took her to the vet. Her vet said she could have 5mg of Pepcid. Not sure if that was based on weight or not, but for reference, my dog is about 15 pounds.

OP here. We’re trying not to leave the house because we are both high risk, but will if we have to. Can dogs get an obstruction without eating something random? She doesn’t chew on things or eat stuff she’s not supposed to. It's fairly normal for dogs to eat grass in the spring. I would take your pooch to the vet just to be on the safe side. There could be an obstruction or something else wrong with the bowels.

I thought dogs ate grass when they wanted to make themselves throw up. Maybe your lab ate something that’s not settling. I’d call your vet if they keep doing this.

We have a 3 year old labradoodle. She is eating, playing, and pooping normally. She has also been occasionally eating grass, throwing up yellow foam (1-2x daily) and has bad breath this week. She has had issues in the past with throwing up yellow foam when she doesn't eat on schedule, but she is eating fine, her poop looks normal and her energy level is normal. Any ideas?
