OP, there is no such thing as "the best high school in Montgomery County." Move to a home you can afford (rent or buy), in a neighborhood you like, with transportation (e.g., commutes, travel to school) that works for you.

I'm not sure though, my sister's kids have not done that. They do have great, diverse friend groups.
Most MoCo HSs will be good for most kids. Some do have specialty offerings if you have a kid who is really into art, dance, engineering, etc. But most will be good for most kids.

Your choice of schools are good. Regardless of what people say, it always comes down to W-schools, BCC, and magnets. Other schools are no good. There I said it.
