I’ve lost 4 lbs since mid-March. I’ve found way more time throughout the day to workout, sometimes in more creative ways. On conference calls, I’ll walk all over, sometimes outside if they’re long ones, and sometimes I’ll do jumping jacks while on mute. Between projects, I’ll take a 5 minute break and do 10 lunges. Plus, I haven’t been eating as much because of stress, which is probably the main reason I’ve lost some.
