Not working as much and efficiently as I should. I hired a college student 9-12 each day who studies with my kids, makes sure they do their school work.

Are you eligible for extended FMLA under CARES Act?
If so try to spread it out over 20 weeks or so.
How old us your baby? Under 6 months you can probably get 6-8 hours of work but you'll need a carrier, and you'll be working and taking care of baby 24/7. After 6 months and especially if crawling, you'll get 4-6 interrupted hours. 8 if you are willing to work outside of normal work hours.

On maternity leave and go back to work soon.

Child obviously too young for screen time to be useful. Trying to figure out exactly how to make this work and what expectations to set with employer.
